Equipped with latest extrusion technology and extensive experience, the company is a reliable and knowledgeable source for the customer´s tubing needs. The company is highly adept at complex custom extrusion design and manufacturing using a variety of thermoplastic materials and compounds. Tactx Medical, Inc. provides custom extrusion for close–tolerance, single lumen, multi–lumen, and bump tubing as well as wire coating, co–extrusion and profile extrusions. All three of our facilities in California, Minnesota, and Singapore are able to offer custom extrusions.

• Custom extrusion using a variety of materials, such as: Polyamide, Polyurethane, Polyolefin, Polycarbonate, PVDF, Polypropylene, Hytrel, PET, and Thermoplastic Elastomeric Materials, as well as custom compounds.
• Precise tolerance for monofilaments, over–extrusions, wire coating, radiopaque tubing in any color and braid coating.
